Choosing a high-quality infant and toddler program is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. After all, research shows that 90% of a child’s brain develops between birth and five years of age. TLC Learning Center is committed to providing a responsive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your infant or toddler.

We offer a twelve month program, with two, three, and five day options to meet the individual needs of our families. Our program has earned a four-star accreditation through Qualistar, which is the highest quality rating possible.

Our infant and toddler program is open 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, and each parent selects the drop-off and pick-up time for his/ her child.

TLC Learning Center is a breastfeeding-friendly facility.

Each family pays an initial $75 non-refundable registration fee.

TLC Financial Assistance:

TLC Learning Center has a limited number of openings for families in need of financial assistance. These funds are solicited through annual grant writing and thus the availability of slots is determined on an annual basis. Eligibility for this program is based on income and other at-risk factors. Families pay a small registration fee and a co-pay per month.
