If this is your first experience with TLC Learning Center, please contact us to schedule a tour which will give you an opportutnity to see our classrooms, meet with our Educational Services Manager and discuss if the services offered by TLC Learning Center meet the needs of your child and family.

Our Infants, Wobblers & Toddlers program offers care and early learning to children between eight weeks and thirty-six months of age. Children transition into one of our preschool classrooms between 30 and 36 months of age. The parent is always part of each transition decision. We offer flexible schedules and a full-year program to best meet the needs of children and families.

A non-refundable $75 registration fee is required to begin the enrollment process. The Educational Services Manager will confirm whether we have an immediate opening for your child or if he or she will be added to our waitlist.


Before Your Child's First Day:

Prior to a child's first day at school, parents and guardians will receive an infant/toddler enrollment packet and parent handbook. All forms (including health form, birth certificate and copy of immunizations) must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of school. We encourage each child and his or her family to participate in a scheduled "play date" at the center before a child's first day. This is an opportunity for your child to actually engage with peers in a classroom, and for the parent to observe the child's interaction.

Upon enrollment of a child with special health care needs, a meeting with our health care consultant and/or designee must occur prior to the first day of school. A health care plan (with physician's and parent's signatures) must be on file 2 weeks prior to the first day of school.
