Questions regarding therapy services can be answered by calling (303)776-1373 x301. Our intake process for new clients includes a phone conversation with the Therapeutic Services Manager, Shari Karmen.

Basic client information is taken (name, date of birth, address, phone number, physician, and diagnosis if any). Concerns which prompted therapeutic intervention are discussed including any previous therapies, developmental concerns (in all areas of development - gross motor, fine motor, self-help, language, communication, and social/emotional skills), and/or concerns regarding sensory processing.

Benefit and/or payment information is taken and then verified by our billing department. Therapists are assigned based on client needs and the therapist's expertise, to insure that the client's needs are met.

Appointments are scheduled by the treating therapist.
