Preschool Schedule & Fees
Selecting a high quality preschool program is one of the most important decisions a parent will make. Research shows that 90% of a child’s brain develops between birth and five years of age. TLC Learning Center is committed to providing an outstanding preschool program, to help each child reach his or her highest potential in preparation for kindergarten and beyond. TLC is one of very few early childhood programs in Boulder County that has earned a four-star accreditation rating through Qualistar—the highest accreditation rating possible!
TLC Learning Center offers several options for parents of preschoolers, in order to meet the individual needs of each family. We offer full day and half day preschool classrooms, as well as a two, three, or five day options. Our preschool classrooms maintain a low adult-child ratio to meet the individual needs of every child, and the majority of our lead teachers have earned a Bachelors or Masters Degree.
Before & After School Care
Before and after school care is available for our preschool students from 7:30-8:30 AM and from 3:30-5:30 PM. This is available for children enrolled in a preschool classroom at TLC.

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program
The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) provides financial assistance to low-income families that are working, searching for employment or are in training, and families that are enrolled in the Colorado Works Program and need child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency. CCAP is administered through county departments of social/human services. Please contact our Educational Services Manager Cindy Wickham for more information.
TLC Learning Center has a limited number of openings for families in need of financial assistance. These funds are solicited through annual grant writing and thus the availability of slots is determined on an annual basis. Eligibility for this program is based on income and other at-risk factors. Families pay a small registration fee and a co-pay per month.
